Channing Walton

Finance and Investment Banking
Channing has extensive experience in software architecture, design and development in financial markets and investment banking. He is a Scrum Master, mentor and advisor in Agile Methods of software development. He has worked in the financial markets on Bond trading systems at Deutsche Bank and UBS, FX trading systems at Deutsche Bank, and global reference data systems at BNP Paribas and Capco.

Research
Channing was at the forefront of academic research at the University of Kent and University College London where he pioneered ground-breaking techniques for high speed optical communications and worked on new systems for measuring the middle atmosphere at the Atmospheric Physics Lab.

Lance Walton

Lance has many years experience in software architecture, design and development in financial markets, investment banking, health provision and internet technologies.
He is a Scrum Master, mentor and advisor in Agile Methods of software development and is active in a number of open source projects.
Lance has worked on Bond and FX trading systems at Deutsche Bank, credit risk systems at BNP Paribas and reference data systems at Capco. His work in the health sector includes a national care-home management system for BUPA. He was consultant for an international investment management company in California, working on an analytics engine, and he has developed major projects with Reuters.
Research
Lance worked on Neural Networks investigating biological models of learning at the University of Kent.
